DSN Braiding Returns and Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our items, you can return them for a refund or exchange them for new items.
If you purchased through one of our Brick and Mortar partners or E-Tailers, kindly contact them for their returns policy.
We ship all domestic exchanges through our standard courier service, even if you add additional items to your original order!
To receive a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn, in new condition, in the original packaging and postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Please also include the original packing slip when returning any items.
To do this simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and book a return to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be paid in the same method you selected when you shopped i.e. we will return cash into a bank account if you paid cash or bank transfer. If you paid by POS or Card the amount will be refunded to your card via the bank processing system.
All items will be inspected upon return, so make sure it’s packed up properly so that it won’t get damaged on the way! You can re-use the mailer bag in which you received the parcel or any other box or wrapper that ensures the returned items are properly secured during the shipping process.
We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and accepted (usually within 3-5 working days) a refund would be issued within 4-7 working days. Please note that depending on the payment method it may take up to 14 days for a refund to reach you.
